A Letter From Jim Stahl: 2016

Published: Dec 9 2016

THANK YOU

Dear Customers, Suppliers, Associates, and Friends of CBT,

Last year I said that 2015 was a very busy year, and we had many wonderful accomplishments. Well, 2016 blew 2015 away!

On March 31st we expanded CBT further North up the 1-75 corridor with our new location in Sidney, Ohio after our purchase of FDL Automation. The acquisition and our commitment to the best customer support have taken our workforce to 207 wonderful employees. Our sales teams now cover about 115 miles up I-75 spanning several additional cities, townships, and counties.

In addition to the acquisition, we also completed the construction of our new headquarters building in Columbia Township. Our move from 737 West Sixth was accomplished on the weekend of July 23rd and 24th. It would not have been possible without the selfless efforts of the entire CBT team. The new building has a state-of-the-art training and demonstration room, a much larger counter area, and increased inventory to better service our customers’ needs. We welcome you to stop by or schedule a tour of our new home on Ridge Avenue.

During 2016, CBT was also voted one of Cincinnati’s top workplaces ranking number three for mid-size companies across the city. I am happy that our employees love being here just as much as we love having them as part of the CBT team.

To Our Customers: Thank you for your business! We greatly appreciate the opportunity to work for you. If we ever forget to express our appreciation, I apologize. We look forward to serving you for many years in the future.

To Our Suppliers: Thank you for your continued help, understanding, and support. It is an honor to be your partner.

To All at CBT: Thank you for your efforts in 2016. Our continued success and growth is a result of your hard work. Your efforts do not go unnoticed.

In closing, allow me to extend to each of you the peace of Christ on Christmas. Enjoy Christmas by spending quality time with your friends and family, not just exchanging gifts, but sharing friendships and blessings. Somehow touch those less fortunate in your community. Try a simpler Christmas so that others can simply enjoy Christmas. P.S. our eight grandchildren are all growing up too fast. This summer we had three of the girls working at CBT. We anticipate more of them coming to work next summer. jes-sig
