Electrical and electronic equipment, as well as components, are typically housed in an electrical enclosure designed to provide protection from the external environment. However, even with a sealed enclosure the introduction of moisture and water can result from a variety of circumstances. Last June, we announced we are moving our Cincinnati headquarters to 5500 Ridge Ave., in the summer of 2016. We were quickly outgrowing our West 6th Street facility and began searching in 2013 for a new location that could support our expanded product and service offerings for the next 30 years. A site within 10 miles of our current location, close proximity to major highways, and a single-floor facility were key requirements for the new location to support a seamless transition for you. We purchased the old Kmart facility at 5500 Ridge Ave. and developed plans for our new, 95,000 sq. ft. home.
