CBT and our in-house IT team has been hard at work researching and developing our new B2B website. We officially launched the website in 2017 and have since been making continual improvements to create the ideal digital buying experience for our customers. We look at the B2B site as a supplemental tool for our customers to interact with their account team and purchase products at their convenience. Seamless Communication with your CBT Account Team

When we began to develop our online storefront, we wanted our customers to be able to communicate with their CBT account team at any point in their buying process. Whether you have questions regarding an unknown part in your plant, upgrades/migration, cost and availability, or even tracking order status, you are able to send messages to your CBT account team from within your Account Dashboard on our site. We have also integrated a Live Chat feature where you can reach out in real time to a group of our inside sales specialists.

Do you often find yourself emailing documents back and forth with your account manager or inside sales rep? Our new ‘My Documents’ feature is readily available when you create a B2B account. This is a great way to track and store all your correspondence in one place!

Punchout Integration

Does your company leverage a procurement system with punchout capability?  Let us integrate!  We’re immediately compatible with cXML standard punchout systems (i.e. SAP Ariba, Oracle, Coupa, etc.). If you’re not cXML compatible or unsure, give us a call!  We’re always happy to discuss ways to make doing business with us easier.

CBT offers over 1.2 million products for sale on our website. With an online account you will have access to expanded inventory across all warehouses. You will have the capability to see where your products are available and how quickly they could arrive to you. This is a unique feature only applicable to certain products and vendors, but we are continuously expanding our database.

Projects/Lists

Keeping track of your machine lists and projects can be a daunting task, but not with our project workspace. With our ‘My Project/List’ features you are now able to store your most frequently order products in your Account Dashboard and group them in specific lists and projects.
