Happy Holidays from the CBT Family

happy holidays 2018

Dear Customers, Suppliers, Associates, and Friends of CBT,

As we wind down 2018 we have many things to be grateful for, but it was also a year that brought us a bit of sadness. I lost a great friend and someone who was very responsible for the success of CBT. Bill Shannon was with me for forty years and passed away this September. Bill will be sorely missed by all at CBT, along with several of our customers who had counted on him for many years.

On an exciting note, CBT was once again selected as one of the top work places in Cincinnati by the Cincinnati Enquirer. We are very fortunate to receive this honor and will continue to strive to be a workplace loved by our employees. This year we enhanced our health and wellness programs and continued with advanced training opportunities in each of our disciplines.

Our sister branches in Springboro and Sidney continue to grow very rapidly. I am particularly excited about their success and leadership at each location. We are very pleased with the attendance of our Open House at our Sidney location and look forward to strengthening our relationships in our Northern Territory.

Last year, I commented on the launching of our B2B website and while it continues to evolve, it has been successful beyond our dreams. Our IT team has been visiting our customers on-site to highlight our website’s new features and demonstrate how technology can improve the efficiency of their business. To our customers who have allowed our IT staff to meet with them, thank you! With your feedback, we can focus more intently on providing you with an online experience that meets, and hopefully exceeds, your business needs.

To Our Customers:

Thank you for your business! We greatly appreciate the opportunity to work for you. If we ever forget to express our appreciation, I apologize. We look forward to serving you for many years to come.

To Our Suppliers:

Thank you for your continued patience, understanding, and support. It is an honor to be your partner.

To All at CBT:

Congratulations on being recognized by the business community for your efforts and all that you do to make CBT a very successful company.

In closing, allow me to extend to each of you the peace of Christ at Christmas. Enjoy Christmas by spending quality time with your friends and family, not just exchanging gifts, but sharing friendships and blessings. Somehow touch those less fortunate in our community and try a simpler Christmas so that others can simply enjoy Christmas.

P.S. We invite all our customers to contribute their expertise, priorities, and ideas for building our online capabilities to serve you better in the future. Well over 90% of our website functionality additions have been developed from your feedback! Click here and here to check it out.

P.P.S. Our eight grandchildren are growing up just too fast! The oldest graduated from college this past June, three are now in college, three in high school, and the last in seventh grade. Unlike their grandfather, they are all successful students!
