LOWER YOUR EVERYDAY REPAIR EXPENSES WHILE IMPROVING PLANT EFFICIENCY WITH AN ANNUAL REPAIR AGREEMENT (ARA)
Are you experiencing frequent and extended downtime events, or working with older, legacy products in need of constant support? Do you have rising and inconsistent maintenance costs that are difficult to budget for every month? If your answers are yes, an Annual Repair Agreement can offer you fixed, predictable billing, and full service remanufacturing.
WHAT IS AN ARA?
An ARA is a single repair spend agreement that makes it easier to forecast spending with a fixed monthly amount for your automation equipment repairs. In addition, access to online tools and reports will be provided to track your repair orders and plant usage patterns.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF AN ARA?

REMANUFACTURING PROCESS

1. RECEIPT & VERIFICATION
Your catalog number and series are verified against it’s return authorization for warranty and product configuration.
2. REVISIONS & ENHANCEMENTS
Your unit is disassembled, cleaned, and enhanced with the latest proprietary firmware and updates from the original OEM.
3. COMPONENT REPLACEMENT
Individual components are inspected and tested to original design parameters. Inoperative, marginal, and aged components are replaced.
4. FUNCTIONAL LOAD TESTING
Trained Technicians certify the full functionality of your unit using proprietary OEM test equipment to confirm that all performance and output load specifications are met.
5.  ENVIRONMENTAL SIMULATION
Cases such as intermittent inoperability may require extreme testing methods. Your unit can undergo controlled applications such as high temperature, shock and vibration, and humidity testing.
6. FINAL QUALITY INSPECTION
A tracking record verifies all necessary operations have been completed. Quality Control inspectors cosmetically clean and visually inspect the unit and label it with the updated revision.
7. SECURE SHIPPING
Accessories such as keys, batteries, and manuals are added  and your unit is shipped back to you in custom engineered, anti-static bags and containers.
